This air-conditioned alcove studio apartment is located in the East Village in a prewar low-rise tenement. The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up and can sleep up to four people.

The entrance door opens up into the kitchen area which is equipped with a sink, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, shelves, a microwave, a toaster oven, a double portable burner, a mini-bar and a breakfast-bar with two bar stools. There is also all necessary cookware, a window and linoleum floors.

The fully tiled bathroom on the right is brand new. It features a shower in tub, a sink, a cabinet, shelves and a toilet. There is also a window.

The living room on the other side has wooden floors and features a Queen size bed, a Full size futon and a Day bed. There is also a cable TV, a stereo, a dresser, a closet and two windows. Close to the kitchen is a dining table with three chairs.
One side of the wall is made of original red brick.

There is a commun backyard to all building tenants with a dining table and four chairs.


Transportation: The L train runs on First Avenue and 14th Street which is approximately 10 minutes away.
