Gorgeous 3 bedrooms, 2 bath on the upper west side!! This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a soaring brownstone on 70th St. and Central Park West. The flat has a beautiful granite kitchen with top of the line appliances. The kitchen is open to the large living room. There is a lovely full marble bath and a full tiled bath with washer and dryer. There are 3 bright bedrooms which have queen beds and the living room has a queen size sofa bed.
The flat is pristine with wood floors throughout and high ceilings. Tall windows let the light from the outside flood in. the apartment has a beautiful dining area.
The area is fantastic! Steps to Central Park, shopping, great bars, cafes, restaurants etc. It is an easy commute (just through the park) to 5th avenue and the Museums on the East Side. . . or wander down to the Natural History Museum. Tons of everything with in walking distance!
There is broadband internet (wired and wireless) in this apartment. The apartment has washer and dryer.
There are numerous bus lines within two blocks as well as several subway lines that are one to two blocks away (B, C). There are nearby public parking garages (average is $30 per day). For The flat is beautiful and quiet and safe. Shops and restaurants It is a great place to call home while visiting the city!

We booked the flat very much in advance. I felt rather uncertain during the booking procedure due to the fact that the price had to be paid full in advance and the amount was higher than originally indicated on the website (both were the requests of the owner as I learned). There were conflicting and somewhat dubious informations on the different (and there were many of them!) papers I had to sign and the transfer of the money could have been also more simple. For example the number of bed rooms and the fdetails of the internet access.
I still believe that the agency's fee (which is indexed to the rental fee, why?) is far too high for this complicated service which is unusually demanding for the tenant and according to the contract does not provide rights or written guaranties.
And at the end a positive remark; the contact person was always helpful and responded quickly to my anxious emails.
Therefore, in spite of the problems described above, I will recommend the Urban Living to my colleagues who want to visit NY. . "
